Laundry not yet delivered
You can submit a laundry issue report through the Rukita app by following these steps:
- Go to the "My Home" tab and select your booking.
- In the "Manage Home" section, tap "Services and Support."
- Select "+ Service."
- Choose "Laundry" service.
- Select the "Issue" category and subcategory that match your issue.
- Fill in the details and add photos, then "Submit".
If you experience any issues when submitting a service or support request through the app, you can continue the process by contacting Rukita Tenant Service.
